“Hit it Down the Middle with the NCC!”

Mark your calendar now to take part in The National Christian Choir’s 13th Annual Golf Tournament on Thursday, June 24, 2021. We will again tee off on the lush greens at the picturesque “The Links at Gettysburg” Golf Course in historic Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. The tournament will feature a shotgun start beginning at 8:30 AM and conclude with a bountiful awards banquet that includes a superb lunch served by the staff at “The Links.”

Dear Friends,

As spring rapidly approaches, we’re getting ready once again for our Annual Golf Tournament. And we’re very thankful that vaccines are now available, restrictions are loosening a bit in most areas, and we can hopefully breathe a collective sigh of relief that “normalcy” is on the way back!

We couldn’t have last year’s tournament in our usual month of June and had to wait until September to hold the tournament.  But we’re grateful to be able to be back on schedule with a June tournament this year. We are very appreciative of those of you who supported last year’s event. It was a great success, due to the participation of many wonderful sponsors and players.

That success helped to fund our ministry during the very difficult time brought on by the pandemic.  Our ability to continue our radio outreach (Psalm 95), our recording ministry and our MOM (Music for Our Military) program, was made possible by funds raised through our Golf Tournament. The radio program has been especially meaningful in the past many months as it has brought encouragement to many listeners during the shutdown when they couldn’t get out to go to church.

Like many businesses and charities, the Choir’s budget was extremely hard-hit during this past year (primarily by not receiving concert offerings) and I know many of us are trying to return to some sort of “normal” as virus restrictions ease. I’m sure it will take some time to get back to where we were pre-virus, but we are happy to be able to move forward with our Golf Tournament this year on June 24^th. The Links at Gettysburg is a fabulous golf course with a beautiful clubhouse that has re-opened and will be the site of our tournament lunch.
